What are the earrings made of?

All earrings are made of polymer clay. All earrings are nickel-free and lead-free. All earring posts are attached and secured with resin.

Since my earrings are handmade from polymer clay sometimes no two pairs of earrings are alike. In purchasing a style, you are acknowledging that you may get that pair or a pair made from the same slab design and color scheme, that will have slight variations. Each set may have slight variations and minor imperfections due to each earring being made fully by hand. 

Plated gold or silver over brass?

Because gold-plated elements are used, pieces may tarnish. Gold-plated items are an affordable option, but are not made to last as long as solid gold. Follow care guidelines to ensure your jewelry stays looking amazing.

Shipping

PRODUCTION TIME - Ready-to-ship items (all items except pre-order items or custom orders) will be shipped 3-5 business days after purchase. 

SHIPPING TIME - First Class packages take about 3-5 business days & Priority Mail packages take about 1-3 business days in transit.  

Shipping method DOES NOT affect production time. All orders have the same production time of 3-5 business days PLUS shipping time.

PRIORITY MAIL - Insured, 1-3 business days. If your package is lost, you may file a claim with USPS for lost, damaged, or missing packages. Tracking information is provided at the time of purchase.

FIRST CLASS MAIL - NOT INSURED, 3-5 business days. If your package gets lost in the mail you cannot file a claim or be compensated for missing goods. Tracking information is provided at the time of purchase.

LOST, DAMAGED, OR MISSING PACKAGES - Once an order has left my hands, it is no longer my responsibility OR under my control. It is up to the USPS after the package has been scanned. If you need help locating your package, please reach out to your local post office first. Contact us if you need further assistance.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Contact us within 24 hours of ordering to change your shipping address.

NO REFUNDS FOR LOST PACKAGES

Once orders have been dropped off at USPS and are shown as "in transit," Rays of Grace Co. is no longer responsible for the package and will not be responsible for a product replacement or refund if the item is lost. 

 If you have any shipping issues, please contact USPS directly with your tracking number. There are times when USPS will indicate "delivered" before it is delivered. If this occurs, please wait 3 business days. If still undelivered, please contact USPS directly.

Returns & Exchanges 

Do you accept returns or cancellations?

All earring sales are final. If your earrings arrive broken or break within one week of purchase we will replace them (depending on the style of earring) or refund you the price of the earrings.

*Please note: We do our best to provide quality earrings. However, because polymer clay earrings are made by hand, minor imperfections are inevitable. We do not refund or exchange earrings for minor imperfections but know we wouldn’t send products that weren’t up to our standards. We are unable to cancel any orders once they are processed and/or shipped.

If the package is returned to the sender or needs to be re-shipped for any reason, the customer is responsible for reshipment fees.
